Shipping and Returns

Delivery

  • If you purchase online

Once your order is complete, it will be delivered to your address via courier.

・As a general rule, we will ship your order within two business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) from the date of your order.

-Please note that it may take longer to deliver your product during the New Year holidays, Golden Week, Obon, and other consecutive holidays.

- Depending on the product, it may take several days to be delivered if the product is out of stock.

In that case, we will inform you again.

  • In-store pickup

・Products will be picked up at the store. Please come to our store.

Returns

Regarding initial defects
  • If a defect is found in the product you receive and we determine that it is a "factory defect," we will accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions.

  • If you purchased from our online store, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • If you purchased in-store, please contact us within 7 days of the purchase date.

[Shipping costs]
  • If the product you purchased from our online shop is found to be defective,
    We will cover the shipping costs (round trip) for returns and exchanges.

  • We will ask you for detailed information about your symptoms and respond promptly.

Cases in which returns and exchanges cannot be accepted

If any of the following conditions apply, the item will not be eligible for return or exchange. Please be aware of this before placing your order.

  • If the damage or malfunction that occurred during use or storage of the product is the customer's responsibility

  • If any accessories (cables, manuals, etc.) are missing when you return the product

  • If the computer has been modified or disassembled after purchase

  • Problems caused by software installed or configured by the customer (including BIOS settings)

  • Problems caused by the usage environment, such as the network environment or peripheral devices

  • Individual differences in display that are considered "normal" by manufacturer standards, such as dead pixels, uneven color, and brightness differences

  • The defect corresponds to the "defective content" specified in the product description.

*We cannot accept cancellations or returns after an order has been placed for products that are clearly marked as non-returnable, such as "damaged items" or outlet items.
Please carefully check the product page contents before placing your order.

⚠ Important Notice (Information about returns and exchanges)

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please note the following:

  • Shipping costs for returns and exchanges, as well as bank transfer fees for refunds, will be borne by the customer.

  • If you have purchased by bank transfer or cash on delivery, refunds will only be made by bank transfer (refunds will not be accepted by any other method).

  • Please be sure to keep the delivery slip (copy) until the procedure is completed.

  • We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during the return shipment.

  • If the returned product does not meet the conditions for return or exchange, we may return it to you by cash on delivery.

  • If the accessories included with the product (manual, cables, etc.) are not included, we may not be able to accept the return or exchange, or the refund amount may be reduced.
